Is the only time i will be able to post depending upon my work load. Alot running threw my brain today so lets get going.....

Brady Quinn looses shoe throwing out 1st pitch at an Indians game. (Did you see he was wearing brown socks? Fashion nightmare, nothing goes with brown, but brown....)

How can anyone not be rooting for(or jumping on there bandwagon) UC Irving? Who played (and won) there 2nd extra inning game last night to avoid ellimination. Only saw the highlites but what a game. (Is this on espn2 or something?)

I know i am a day late on the one but, my condolences to the Hoeppner family and the Indiana State football family. He was 59 (makes ya think....)

Hot player: Mark Teixeira (texas) to the Yankees for Phillip Hughes (pitcher). The trade makes perfect sence. The Yanks need a young(er) 1st baseman more than they need a pitcher(right now). If they are going to make a run at the playoffs the need Teixeira. He's a gold glove 1st baseman and good for 25-30 homers a year not to mention a 300 hitter (in a good year .280 in a bad year). He'll only have 1 year left on his contract come the end of the season and that will oly be $13m a year. (chump change for Georgie..) He's 27yrs old, in the biggs for 5 years now. Hughes is a month shy of 21. Send him to texas and let him pitch there for a year or two then buy him back!
O's want Girardi. (no shit, who doesn't.)
But i do not see it happening. Joe turned down the cubs job last year. Closer to home, more talent, more money to spend than the O's. Why would he take to O's job? Ther roster has zero power hitters (and yes, Miggie is no longer a power hitter), no pitching, 2nd worst fielding percentage in the league and fewest runs scored this season. There is not "upside" for him to take the job.
Watched some of the Redsox game last night. Coco Crisp not only has the best name in baseball but has become the best center fielder in baseball (sorry torri Hunter). The kid is a human highlite reel each week. UN-frickin-beleviable some of the plays i am seeing on baseball tonight, and he's on there every night........
And the best pitcher in baseball.....

This was a hard choice because Josh Beckett was also on his a game last night and most of the season.
Ozzie Guillen " a joke"
Is what he called his teams play. OZ has never held anything back, but this one may bit him back. Ozzie runs on thin ice on a weekly basis, compound this with the teams not-so-good streak and top it with an "idiot" comment and you have the mixings of a disaster. Good luck Ozzie, your gonna need it.
Elijah Dukes (tampa bay) has become the Pacman Jones of the MBL.
