THE GIANTS WIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy crap! The Giants and Eli Manning (ELI!) beat the Packers. I am still in disbelief this morning. And i watched the whole game. From the Pre game to Joe Bucks opening statement to filling it over to sports center to make sure what i just saw was for real.
Someone pinch me.
Un-Fing-Beleviable. I'm in shock. I am dumbfounded. I feel like an REM song.
This is the reason i love sports, No one, No body, Not a soul on the face of Gods green earth game the Giants a chance, except Terry Bradshaw.

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW...............................

I am dissapointed for Brett Farve, Happy for Eli.

Brett................
I know the reporters needed to do there job but this man just lost one of the bigger games of his life and your already asking him if he is going to retire or weather he will be back next year. You should know he's going to do the same thing he has done for the last few years. He's going to go home, spend some time on his farm, talk with his wife and see how he feels. 18 years in the league and this situation over the last five you would thing you would give the man a little slack. I like, Sorry, Love the way Farve plays. I will miss him when he does decide to hang them up.

Eli...................
Has anyone tested him for performance enhancing drugs? Seriously, this kid is either playing way above his head (probably) or his teammates are finally playing to there potential (possible). Steve Smith, Plexico, and Toomer are a nice tandom of receivers. One rookie (smith) one big play receiver (Plexico) and one cagey Vet (Toomer). Put the ball where it is supposto go and they will make plays for you. Would also like to point out a very good player who is making an impact. Kevin Boss. (Shockey who????).
Good hands, great blocker, and he's like 6ft 4 or something ridiculous like that. Looks like the Giants drafted pretty well over the last few years.

Payton sits at home.
How ironic that Eli told his brother to stay at home because the last two (not just once) Payton showed up at one of his games he stunk up the place. (also the games were at home). The giants are essentially going on the road again. I am wondering if Giants fans are going to stay at home and treat it like an away game? He plays well while he is in hostile territory, Giants fans should let everyone in New England attend the game and have Eli think it is truly another road game?

NOT ANOTHER SCOTT NORWOOD...............
As i was watching Lawrence Tynes miss two (kinda) makable field goals i immediately had flash backs of Scott Norwood. Then at 2:35 of overtime he nails a 47 yard FG to send the G-men to Arizona. THAT might have been the only reason for me to have been rooting for the Giants to win that game. Lawrence is now walking around with the same confidence Vinatieri has been for the last 7 or 8 years. Sure i can make that field goal. In -24 degree weather kicking a rock hard bowling ball 47 yards is a pretty descent accomplishment. Kicking it in overtime with 25% of the American public watching and the game on the line is another thing. I am glad the kid (and he is a rookie) will not have that hanging over his head for the balance of his career.

Brett on the other hand....................
I believe has no choice but to come back next year. He can not have his last pass in the NFL be an interception. He holds the record for most touchdowns and interceptions in a career, but no one wants to see him go out like this. Arron Rogers can wait one more year.

NASCAR.....
I will be doing my first NASCAR review of the season this week. Have it about 1/2 done. I will be looking at all of the contenders and the rookies for the upcoming season. Football is just about over and i am quickly loosing interest in Basketball again. So i will be devoting alot of the next few months to NASCAR.

See ya......................................
